Angela Albiston-Thouless
Founder and Managing Director
Angela has over 20 years experience in strategic change management and delivery. A straight talking believer in a ‘people centric’ holistic approach to strategy and change. She strives to make a difference for her clients by working closely with them to understand their particular situations, identify the best solutions and drive the right changes in the right way.

Mark Garman
Technical Director
Mark has nearly 30 years experience of delivering change, from concept through to close, including: project / programme review and recovery, setting up the PMO, Target Operating Model. Projects can be as diverse as small operational reporting to global enterprise data architecture; from business process re-engineering to office moves and transition to activity based working (ABW).

Debbie Nicholl
Business Management Consultant
Debbie works with senior management teams to develop and enhance strategic planning to drive operational and people developments across various markets and sectors, specialising in contact and call centre operations, commercial and consumer led environments; establishing processes, streamlining procedures and synergising multi-site teams and remote collaborations through enabling strategic solutions and problem resolution whilst driving positivity and strengthening performance, benefitting customer needs whilst maximising business opportunities.
